About the role
Main tasks: You will spearhead the establishment and growth of our Queensland hub, overseeing operational, commercial, and staff aspects of this high-volume trade store while ensuring exceptional service delivery and optimal profitability. What you must have to apply for this role:

• Proven experience managing a trade store, branch, or team, overseeing sales & warehouse staff
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving sales & growth
• Background in sales, customer service, or distribution.

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

• An active forklift licence or the willingness to obtain one
• Established relationships with builders, trades & other construction businesses
• Branch management or fulfilment experience in the building & construction sector.
