About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional individual to join our Information Management Division as a Branch Manager. This challenging and exciting role requires excellent business acumen and a proven track record in managing branch operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all branch operations and staff to ensure high standards of service and productivity
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue
• Manage budgets, report on branch performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to maximise their potential and drive operational excellence
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric work environment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Represent the branch and the company in the local business community

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (8+ years) in a similar branch management or operations leadership role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing high-performing teams
• Strong financial management skills, with the ability to create and manage budgets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a collaborative and people-centric management style
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, policies, and best practices
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business management or a related field
