We are looking for a vibrant hospitality professional to join our management team as a Cafe Manager.

Joining our experienced management team you will be well supported and developed to grow with this proven CBD business. As the Cafe Manager you will lead and train a team, drive customer satisfaction and maintaining brand standards.

Skills and experience required:

Labour management

Inventory COGS management

Previous experience leading and motivating a team

Following systems and procedures

One year management experience in a similar management position

Strong communications skills both written and verbal

Availability to work 7 days a week (rostered 5 days)
