The Tribute Coffee and Kitchen is the newest up and coming food and coffee destination in Mount Hawthorn.

We are currently searching for an experienced Cafe Manager.

Cafe Manager:

Minimum 1 Year in a similar role, barista experience is essential

The successful applicant will be required to work full time, 38hours per week, with weekend availability essential.

The Manager will be responsible of overseeing the day to day running of the cafe, These responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Ensuring the highest level of customer service is being maintained and leading by example at all times

Responsible for creating a fun, vibrant and professional cafe environment

Ensuring food and coffee are being served at the highest level, consistently at all times

Minimising wastage by careful consideration of food ordering, preparation and storage methods.

Working closely with the Kitchen Manager in overseeing the overall cleanliness of the cafe and ensuring excellent compliance to all food and OHS regulations.

Responsible for training and managing new team members

Managing a strong team and leading by example

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum 1 Year experience, in a similar role leading and managing a team

Weekend Availability Essential

Safe food handling certificate and Food Safety Supervisor (Or willingness to obtain)
