Do you enjoy streamlining processes, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and playing a critical role in contract compliance? We’re looking for a Contract Administrator with a strong focus on invoicing to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review and submit accurate invoices in line with contract terms

Track, monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments

Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve invoicing discrepancies and/or queries

Manage client purchase orders, timesheets and invoice approvals

Provide regular reporting on invoicing status and revenue forecasts

Maintain strong working relationships with both field operations and finance teams

Support end of month processes

The Successful Candidate:

Experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role

Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial documentation

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and invoicing software (MYOB, Xero etc.)

Strong communication and problem solving skills

Ability to manage multiple contracts at once
