A small but busy and growing company which has close to 4 years in business, we specialise in providing all HVAC, Air Conditioning and Facilities type work and is continually evolving for the better

Due to company growth, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Admin Associate to join our team. No prior Trades/Construction industry needed but welcomed.
This is a new flexible part time role (2+ days per week) which would suit someone on maternity leave, retired, kids drop off/pick up times or just looking for something different.
Warning: Very relaxed working atmosphere - Stress not allowed!!
Candidates will be based at our company office, which is based at WOTSO, Symonston ACT.
THE ROLE
The candidate plays a vital role in maintaining the efficient operation of the office and supporting the daily functions. This role involves managing payroll, accounts payable / receivables, coordinating office operations, invoicing/quoting, managing communication within the team and clients and undertaking administrative tasks.
THE PERSON
We are looking for an Office Manager/Admin Associate, someone who possesses the following skills, experience and attributes:
Relevant (Office management / administration) experience
Advanced experience with Xero Accounting Software & ServiceM8
Effective interpersonal communication, time management and organizational skills
The ability to plan and calmly work to deadlines/tasks, while juggling multiple priorities
Effective customer service
Ability to work autonomously
Strong attention to detail and problem solving
Willing to work under pressure in an evolving environment
Keen to Look, Listen & Learn

Hours and days are flexible and will be negotiated with the preferred candidate.
