Two partners and a team of 15. We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant and be part of a motivated and focused team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
We are seeking a detail oriented-individual to join our practice as an Administrative Assistant'
As an Administrative Assistant, you will contribute to enhancing our client experience by working closely with the Partners to provide administrative support to the business services team.
Your day will involve:
Delivering high quality, accurate work.
Phone Answering.
Providing ad-hoc support to the Business Services Team and Partners such as dealing with incoming mail, preparing documents on word or excel.
Client meet and greet
Scanning and Electronic document management
Skills & experience:
To be successful as an Administrative Assistant you will be a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working collaboratively.
You will also have:
Excellent oral and written English
0-12 months administrative experience.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Demonstrated enthusiasm.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Good written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients.
