Start or step up your career in office admin, mentored by an experienced team in a well-respected industry. This position is a great role if you're new to the workforce or in the early stages of your career in office management. Uni may not be your thing (maybe you haven’t started yet or maybe you’ve decided to take a break), or maybe you’re looking to take the next step in your office management career.

No prior experience is needed; we’ll fully support you to learn from scratch. We have easy to follow processes and checklists so you can be confident that you're doing your role to a great standard.

You’ll get practical experience in a supportive environment in our Camberwell office.

We’re looking for a team member with high attention to detail, confident communication skills and professional presentation.

Your day at work will look like:

Pleasant first point of contact for clients, making tea and coffee

Answer all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member

Complete daily administrative tasks

Enter data into various systems and check for accuracy

Keep the office looking neat and welcoming

Manage our Instagram, post content, engage with followers

Work during business hours only, Monday to Friday, in our office located in Camberwell (near Hartwell station - Alamein line).

Must haves for this role:

Great communication skills, and ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT

Willingness to ask questions and learn

Confident user of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Interest in managing social media and Instagram

Be genuinely interested in a career in administration and office support

Self-motivated, disciplined and sensible

Bonus points:

Ability to learn how to use basic systems like Pipedrive (CRM), Sharepoint

You are confident in asking questions about how things are done, and you enjoy suggesting better alternatives;

You enjoy ‘getting stuff done’;

You can follow directions and you also like taking initiative to make things better

Your salary is negotiable based on what you offer to the role (for example, your aptitude, attitude, and any previous experience).
