About the role
Our client hires out and sells camping and other adventure equipment. With clients ranging from first-timers to everyday campers, families, and large groups, such as schools and festivals, there’s plenty to be done.
Client service is a key focus - they help clients experience camping and other outdoor activities by providing high-quality gear and flexible services, including delivery, setup, and pack-up.
It’s a great business to be part of, being well-established (over 10 years) yet innovative, passionate, and expanding into new markets and service offerings. And, they're growing, which is where you come in.
The role is varied and exciting, combining customer service, admin, general team support and projects to get your teeth into. It’s a full-time position and fully on-site, but with the potential for the role to be split across 2 part-timers.

You may or may not have a lot of work experience, but you’re ready to take on challenges and learn new skills. You enjoy helping others, and you’re curious about the world around you and what makes things tick.
You enjoy communicating with others and have great verbal and written English. You like being busy and love taking on a range of projects.
You’re well-presented, with a professional approach and attitude. You can work well independently, accept and embrace guidance and direction, and work effectively in a small team.
You probably also get a kick out of problem-solving and achieving results.
