Are you passionate about creating beautiful, engaging content? Do you love designing Reels on Canva and have an eye for detail and style? We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our fast-growing company that services the aesthetics and beauty industry.

This role is ideal for someone creative, organised, and reliable, with experience in Canva and a genuine interest in aesthetics and beauty. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality content that aligns with marketing schedules and brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

Create polished Reels, graphics, and social media content using Canva

Attend virtual client meetings and communicate clearly and professionally

Help plan and execute marketing schedules on time

Stay up to date with trends, particularly in the beauty and aesthetics space

Work collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

Proven experience using Canva to create branded social media content

Strong attention to detail and visual styling

Confidence in client communication and virtual collaboration

Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines

Previous social media experience, especially in the aesthetics and beauty industry, is highly regarded
