Are you obsessed with Insta-worthy content, live and breathe fashion/lifestyle trends, and know how to turn scrolls into sales? We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Social Media Manager & Brand Assistant to join our growing team at Wanderlust Life.

We’re a brand new online lifestyle + fashion label inspired by travel, sun-drenched moments, and adventure. This is a dream role for someone who loves creating content, connecting with communities, and building brand love across digital platforms.

Our niche is stunning kimonos and our amazing customer demographic is female 30+ so being able to speak to them is a really important part of the role.

We have partnered with a paid ads agency to kick things off, have a load of ugc'ers, and stylists on board currently creating content for us to be able to start building out socials. Building out 'flows' in Klaviyo so we have things in motion ready for you to join us.

🤍 The Role

This is a hybrid creative + strategic + brand support role. You’ll work closely with the founder to grow our brand presence, drive engagement, and support marketing activities across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities:

Manage our social media channels (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and more)

Create & schedule content that aligns with our brand story and seasonal campaigns

Ideate, film and edit UGC-style videos and reels (you’re confident being both behind and in front of the camera!)

Coordinate with influencers, ambassadors, and affiliate partners

Grow and manage our brand ambassador + affiliate program

Help with email content, product launches, and day-to-day marketing tasks

Support content shoots and campaign planning

🤍 You’re perfect for us if you...

Have experience in fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce. Marketing to 30+

Know Instagram and TikTok trends like the back of your hand

Have worked with influencer and UGC marketing before

Are a confident creator yourself — you love styling, storytelling and being part of the visual brand

Are organised, proactive and happy to jump into a fast-moving startup environment

Have some knowledge of affiliate marketing and creator platforms (bonus!)

Are Sydney-based or happy to attend occasional content shoots in Sydney (at our expense)
