What we look for:

Previous sales experience - worked on the phones before? Retail experience? We want people who are CONFIDENT in the sales process. Even if you have no sales experience, you've got to be able to sell us on WHY YOU?!

The ability to effectively work towards KPIs. Are you target driven and ambitious? Those types of competitive people tend to fit into our community well.

Computer literate (operate CRMs, google suite etc.)
