What You'll Do

As a Project Officer, Contracts with the Queensland Government, you'll support the coordination and management of contract research activities, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide advice on project and contract issues, escalating through appropriate channels as needed.
• Coordinate contract processes from initiation to execution.
• Use business tools to streamline operations and solve problems.
• Train staff in business systems and processes.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports for senior management.
• Maintain contract records in PARIS and related systems.
• Support IP protection and commercialisation processes.
• Assist with invoicing and milestone payment tracking.

Mandatory Requirements

• A current, unrestricted 'C' class driver's licence.
• Full working rights in Australia (no limitations).
• A National Police Clearance (dated within the last 12 months).
• Contract until July 2025
