We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Assistant that thrives in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and growth objectives.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Summary
The customer service position is the interface between our organisation and our clients. This person will be responsible primarily for processing orders and data entry, also, handling basic customer enquiries, answering incoming phone calls, filing of documentation and managing email inbox.
Primary Responsibilities:
The majority of your time will be dedicated to the following tasks:
Processing incoming purchase orders
Organizing and filing documentation
Managing the email inbox, including responding to general customer inquiries and redirecting communications to the appropriate team members
Handling incoming phone calls
Skills and experience
Successful applicants will have;
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient computer skills
Experience with MYOB Exo (preferred but not essential)
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time management skills
Excellent listening and presentation skills
Professional and confident telephone etiquette
Strong problem-solving capabilities
