Based in Kitten D'Amour's Head Office in Capalaba, Kitten D'Amour are looking for a dynamic Customer Service / Online Fulfilment Assistant to join their Team!

This position is full-time, mainly Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm however there could be some Saturdays that are needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have lots of brand knowledge, wonderful customer service skills and excellent problem-solving skills.

Great computer skills with lots of experience using Shopify and major social media platforms.

The successful applicant must show that they are proficient in Spelling and grammar and have the ability to eloquently compose email correspondence to both guests and also to the team within Kitten D'Amour.

An understanding of providing exceptional and prompt customer service

This role is suited to someone who has a creative flare, is hard-working, organised and with a desire to grow and learn within a company.

The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment that is evolving every day.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Fulfilling/processing internet orders

Opening and processing of customer returns

Inspecting and approving returns and other unforeseen issues.

Maintaining customer service via email and answering phones to follow up with customer enquiries.

Basic maintenance of the website and updating the backend products and descriptions. Experience using Shopify is a must.

Troubleshooting and updating Shopify POS when required.

Passing on company-wide announcements and outlining guidance when new promotions and systems come into place.

Engaging on social media platforms. (Facebook & Instagram)

Contributing to the online size guide/blog with pictures and styling feedback for our customers.

Picking and packing of online orders.

Obtaining a high level of awareness and understanding of Policies and Procedures.

Cleaning and maintaining organisation in the online area.
