Connect2Group is currently seeking a permanent part time Administration Officer to provide support and guidance to a busy team based in Cleveland.
This role is on a part time basis - working 5 days per week and working hours 8.30am to 2pm.
Let's talk about the role specifics, you will be providing:
Receive and direct incoming phone calls
Perform general clerical assistance
Process EFTPOS transactions
Oversee, maintain and update designated registers, including stationery and supply orders and purchasing equipment.
Attend to maintenance requests in conjunction with relevant division manager (Head Office, SIL and CAP).
Manage correspondence i.e. arrange for all appropriate correspondence to be accurately prepared and sent out as required including but not limited to collecting, distributing and recording of incoming and outgoing mail.
What you need to be successful in this role:
Experience in an Administrative role
Familiarity with HR Software and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Sound communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all employee levels.
Organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
