The Office Administration & Coordinator role will be responsible for the below tasks:
Establish and maintain client relationships as a primary point of contact
Screen phone calls, inquiries and requests, delegate and resolve them when appropriate
Organise and maintain calendars and set appointments where applicable
Proofread and forward outbound correspondence
Ensuring pre and post install tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner.
General team support across the business.
Manage incoming and outgoing general email
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in a senior office management or administrative role (experience in the solar industry is a plus but not essential).
Possesses expertise in Customer Service and task delegation.
Demonstrates strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is proficient in Microsoft Excel (beginner level) and able to adapt quickly to new systems.
Is proactive, solutions-focused, and a confident decision-maker.
Maintains strict confidentiality and exercises a high level of discretion.
