Qualifications & experience
- Administration and Communications experience or qualifications great however not essential, customer service experience is important. Formal qualifications are great however not essential. Attention to detail is a MUST as is a positive and team orientated attitude.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Calling clients to set and confirm appointments - These are calls to our existing clients or prospects and are warm and friendly.
- Calls outward and inbound - You will be required to answer the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Sending client newsletter and ad hoc communications as required. - We have a monthly newsletter which must be sent to our clients, we also have regular reporting that is required to be sent within a set timeframe.
- Amendments to client accounts using internal software - From time to time clients will contact us to update their details, you will need to ensure the details are entered correctly.
- Data entry - We are only as good as the data we have, attention to detail is required to make sure the data we have is accurate.
- Assisting Financial Advisers as required - Occasionally our advisers may request admin support.
- Event Planning - We host an annual seminar for all our clients as well as dinners, online events and specialist seminars.
- Social media - Update our social media and assist us to grow our brand.
- Diary management & Travel arrangements Personal Assistant Ad hoc task - Our CEO is one of those extremely busy on the go people who needs a highly organised person to assist.
