About the role

As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional & lasting experience that reflects the values & focus of our team. This is a long term, part-time position, where you will assist our chiropractors and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our practice, all whilst creating a fun and inviting environment. What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic

Scheduling and managing patient appointments & taking payments

Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service

Assisting chiropractors with various clinical tasks

Maintaining patient records and updating electronic files

Performing general administrative duties

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical administrative role is highly desirable, but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner

Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A team-player attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the chiropractic team

A genuine interest in healthcare and a passion for providing high-quality patient care

Willing to be available until 7:15pm for mid week shifts

Permanent part time role with 15-25+ hours per week on offer with potential for more during a maternity cover.
