About the role

Join the talented team at LJ Hooker Schofields' as a Sales Associate. This full-time position is based in Schofields, NSW 2762. You will be an integral part of the residential sales team, playing a key role in achieving the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Generating and qualifying sales leads through prospecting (door-knocking, cold calls),

Scheduling and conducting property viewings and open inspections

Providing exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers

Negotiating sales agreements and ensuring a smooth transaction process

Maintaining detailed records and providing timely progress reports

Supporting the broader sales team with administrative and marketing tasks
