Sales Associate – Residential & Commercial Construction

Location: Sydney – Hills Area, Inner-West, Parramatta, and Metro-Sydney NSW

Salary: $70k + superannuation + UNLIMITED COMMISSION (avg project value $600-800k)

We are expanding our team and looking for a high-performing Sales Associate with a background in construction to drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our growth.

YOUR Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

· Actively generate leads and schedule site visits.

· Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, councils, architects, referral and industry partners.

· Provide a strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfil customer needs effectively.

· Guide clients through the entire 10-step Sales Process, from initial enquiry to closing the deal.

Sales & Business Development

· Identify and develop sales opportunities through strategic planning.

· Build and manage a pipeline of future projects and sales opportunities.

· Proactively seek new sales opportunities through networking events, and other lead-generation activities to expand your client base.

Industry & Market Insights

· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

· Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

· Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business KPI goals and targets.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong focus on Trust, Clarity, & Quality

· Handle objections effectively and work towards mutually beneficial agreements.

· Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management to refine our strategies.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

Who YOU are

· A strong Sales background - 3+ years’ experience in construction

· Understanding of Residential and Commercial Construction Industry & Processes

· Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

· Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fullfil customer needs effectively.

· A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Programs, and CRM tools (Zoho).

· A current Australian driver’s licence is essential.
