About the role

Manor Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Rinats team in our Baulkham Hills office. As part of our full-time sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our residential real estate business. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise and build a rewarding career in the dynamic property market.

Hours of work: 8:30am - 6:30pm, 5 days per week (including every Saturday)

What you'll be doing

Actively engaging with potential buyers and vendors through various prospecting methods to identify qualified leads

Doorknocking Northmead and surrounding suburbs

Cold calling clients to collect data, identify leads and give market updates

Conducting property viewings and open inspections to showcase our listings and secure sales

Negotiating sales contracts and handling all aspects of the sales process to ensure a smooth transaction for our clients

Maintaining detailed records and providing regular progress updates to both clients and the management team

Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and industry knowledge

Collaborating with the wider real estate team to support the achievement of the company's sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven experience in residential real estate sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex sales scenarios

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for the real estate industry

Valid real estate sales licence and thorough knowledge of relevant industry regulations and legislation
