What do you do?

  • Act as the first point of contact by welcoming clients, managing calls, and maintaining a professional front-of-house and meeting space.
  • Support office operations by managing supplies, incoming/outgoing mail, and ensuring the office is always clean, stocked, and presentable.
  • Provide admin assistance including preparing financial packages, ASIC secretarial work, document filing, and general office support.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with onboarding/offboarding, internal events, IT liaison, and building management coordination.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping duties such as raising invoices, WIP reporting, and processing trust account transactions.
  • Maintain and update CRM and corporate registers, respond to client enquiries, and ensure client communications are timely and professional.

What do you need?

  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role
  • Experience in a professional services or accounting firm (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
  • Confident communicator with a warm, professional demeanour
  • Familiarity with accounting systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
