About the role
We require an Accounts / Administration Officer with 5+ years of experience to join our team to undertake a range of activities, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Construction Support, Database maintenance, Tender assistance, and Booking Personnel training.
This is a full time position (subject to a 3 month probation period) commencing with an immediate start from 28 April 2025. The hours are Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.00pm). The closing date for applications is 11 April 2025.
The successful applicant will have experience communicating with all levels of personnel via telephone and email, and be experienced in Administration and Accounts Payable activities. The successful Applicant will develop existing skills such as creating spreadsheets and preparing professional correspondence and be able to learn and develop new skills. Knowledge and experience with MYOB or similar accounting systems is essential. An understanding and experience in Payroll is an advantage. Salary offered will be tailored based on experience, skill and demonstrated ability.

Skills and experience
The ability to work in a team environment is absolutely essential to provide support to our Engineers, Field Personnel, Staff and Management. The position requires skill in using Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to communicate effectively via Outlook Emails.
A professional Telephone manner, and an understanding of Purchasing, Ordering, Administrative tasks and Accounts Payable are essential. A working knowledge of MYOB will be an advantage, and experience in Payroll is desirable.
The position would ideally suit someone who is self motivated and has accumulated a variety of skills, and is interested in developing, learning and building upon their current skill set, whilst working in a secure and growing industry.
