Our client has a national presence Australia-wide and builds across multiple states. They are rapidly expanding in New South Wales and are currently building over 2000 homes a year nationally. They are currently seeking a strong Pre Construction Coordinator with experience in the residential construction industry with exposure to permits, approvals & council processes.

About the Role:

• Proactively manage and prioritise pre-site requirements and approvals to support the Home Building delivery program
• Co-ordinate and oversee preparation of planning proposals, from single through to master planning and large scale DAs in support of various major residential subdivision developments.
• Maintaining the CRM system and provide Administrative support to the sales and estimating teams
• Represent the Company with various Government Agencies and/or Council on development project matters.
• Preparation and coordination of site files, contracts, schedules and meetings

About You:

• 3-5 years experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is essential.
• Strong knowledge on DA requirements across various residential property types.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to grasp new systems with ease.
• Strong English skills both written & verbal.
