Role Description

Reporting directly to the NSW Operations Manager, this newly available Operations Supervisor role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strategic mindset and a passion for operational excellence. This is more than just a job—it's a genuine career opportunity for someone with a “hunter” mentality, looking to step up and grow within a thriving and ambitious business.

The successful candidate will bring a proven background in supervision within manufacturing, warehousing, or industrial operations—ideally within the steel or broader heavy industry sector. Strong communication and team leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure daily targets and KPIs are met

Drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all areas of the operation

Coordinate and manage workflow across warehousing, production, and dispatch functions

Monitor and report on performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as required

Collaborate with the NSW Operations Manager to support business growth and operational strategy

Oversee inventory control, resource planning, and workforce management

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and WHS regulations

Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to long-term operational planning

Salary and Benefits

Base $80k - $100k | Super 11.5%
