About the Opportunity
We are seeking enthusiastic IT professionals to join our client's team to deliver a Win11 Rollout program across several mine sites in Central QLD. In this role you will be based out of Moranbah and Mackay and will be travelling to various sites across the Bowen Basin region.

• Managing deployment of new devices to End Users within a coal mining environment.
• Imaging laptops using SCCM.
• Providing basic user assistance & support.

About You
We are looking for someone with relevant qualifications coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, you will have

• Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and other Microsoft Products (Office suite & Office365 Administration, End Point Management),
• Application, software and hardware support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Servers and Microsoft Azure including Active Directory & Exchange on-premise and Exchange Online.
