Our Federal Government Client, focused on the future of Australia's river basins, is seeking 3 ICT Service Desk Officers with a focus on delivering ICT technical support. The Service Delivery team enables the delivery of high-quality services to end-users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Contribute to activities to promote and establish required service delivery initiatives and BAU by providing:
• Service Management - delivering high performing service support functions including IT Service Desk ticketing, Desktop, AV/VC, and the Request, Incident, Change and Escalation processes.
• Build, deploy and manage desktop assets and mobile devices to high standards of performance and security.
• Software support and administration.
• Identify and contribute to business process improvement activities. Including the creation of knowledge base articles, work instructions, and how to guides.
• Liaise with service providers on technical issues and product roadmaps.

Technical skills required to be successful

• Experience with hardware implementation.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Government ICT Security requirements.
• ITIL certification.
