The Head Spa Perth is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Salon Coordinator to join our fast growing team in South Perth.

As a Receptionist/Salon Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and front-of-house operations of our busy Head Spa.

About the role

What you'll be doing

Greeting and checking in clients upon arrival

Scheduling appointments and managing the salon's booking system

Handling cash and card payments and reconciling daily sales

Ordering and maintaining salon supplies and inventory

Providing administrative support to the salon manager and stylists

Making sure every client feels like a VIP from start to finish

Ensuring the salon is kept clean, tidy and welcoming at all times

Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a receptionist or salon coordinator, preferably in the hair and beauty industry

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities

Proficient in using salon booking and point-of-sale software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A keen eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure

A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a desire to provide outstanding client experiences
