Hours: Varied shifts, including early mornings (4:30 AM – 7:30 AM), mid-mornings (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM), and evenings (3:30 PM – 7:30 PM)

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our members, your welcoming smile and energetic personality will set the tone for an uplifting and empowering visit. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is happy to pitch in where needed.

You can expect to work approximately 1–2 shifts per week, with the ability to cover additional shifts for personal leave or holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.

Answer phones, respond to enquiries, and assist with general administrative tasks such as file management, data entry, and correspondence.

Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by performing light cleaning duties.

Provide support to the class coach as needed.

Step in as a childminder or assist with administrative tasks during personal or holiday cover.

Actively engage with our community on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to promote our message, events, and the incredible energy of our gym.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role:

A vibrant and bubbly personality that makes everyone feel welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

A proactive and adaptable approach to varied tasks and responsibilities.

Experience in customer service, reception, or administration (preferred but not essential).

Social media content creation skills and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Flexibility to work early mornings, mid-mornings, and evenings and to be available to cover additional shifts when needed (potentially with 24 hours notice)

Has a current First Aid and CPR certification.

Has possession of a valid Blue Card.
