What a Month Looks Like in This Role:

As Senior Property Manager, your month will focus on delivering exceptional service that retains and strengthens landlord and tenant relationships. You’ll:

Proactively engage with landlords and tenants to build trust and loyalty

Manage lease renewals and coordinate routine inspections

Oversee maintenance and compliance to ensure properties are well cared for

Minimise vacancy periods through smart marketing and tenant care

Monitor portfolio performance, resolve issues early, and maintain clear communication

Working between the Caloundra and Whiteside (Morten Bay) offices

Occasionally assist with Saturday morning property viewings as required

You’ll be the trusted point of contact for your portfolio backed by strong systems and leadership support. Every month, your goal is to keep things running smoothly, deliver a great experience, and help the portfolio grow through building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

With your minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Property Manager and your QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate you’ll have the opportunity to use your high level of detail and customer focus. Using your skills and experience in PropertyMe software, you will assist in the migration of data from Console Cloud. Your success in delivering the role will be supported by a reliable vehicle and current, valid drivers licence.
