About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced National Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of major national accounts. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the primary liaison for both internal teams and external clients, working in close partnership with Account Managers and the Credit Collections team. You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive team environment with structured training and opportunities for career progression across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary liaison for customer enquiries and support requests
• Perform high-volume data entry, validation, and analysis tasks
• Maintain contract administration including account set-up, invoicing, and reporting
• Identify and resolve service issues within required timelines
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with customer servicing and documentation standards
Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• High proficiency in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a tight-knit team
Desirable:
• Experience with Salesforce, S4, SAP, or Ariba (finance/accounting systems)
• Analytical mindset with a background in data handling or reporting
