Join a major Federal Government department supporting the delivery of a large-scale ICT cyber uplift program. This is a key scheduling role working across multiple projects to develop and manage a master integrated program schedule.
You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to identify cross-project dependencies, manage scheduling risks, and provide program-level visibility.
Role Highlights:

• Contract through to 30 June 2025
• Up to 4 extensions available through to 30 June 2027
• Based in Barton, ACT – hybrid model, with onsite attendance expected
• 40 hours per week
• Must be able to obtain NV1 security clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and baseline a master integrated schedule across projects and workstreams
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure detailed, resource-aligned schedules with critical path identified
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and scheduling conflicts
• Maintain the program’s schedule management plan and controls
• Monitor and address schedule-related risks and issues
• Develop and maintain schedule reporting for program and departmental executives
• Support broader PMO functions as required

Your Skills:

• Strong experience in project or program scheduling across complex ICT initiatives
• High-level capability in Microsoft Project (2016 or later)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Experience working in government or enterprise environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Essential Criteria:

• Experience developing integrated schedules with critical path analysis
• Understanding of schedule risk and issue management
• Must be eligible to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 clearance
