My NSW Government client is an experienced and dynamic Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to deliver engaging and hands-on training sessions to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in one or more Microsoft technologies and a passion for sharing knowledge. As a freelance trainer, you will play a key role in delivering tailored learning experiences that meet the needs of both individuals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Microsoft technologies (Azure, AI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 Customer Service) in-person or online.
• Develop and customize course content and training materials to align with client requirements.
• Provide hands-on labs, real-world scenarios, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess participants’ understanding through quizzes, labs, and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, certifications, and training methodologies.
• Provide post-training support and mentorship as needed.

Experience Required:

• Must hold a current Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification.
• Expertise in one or more Microsoft domains: Azure, AI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in the chosen specialisation (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, Power Platform Developer, etc.).
• Proven experience in delivering technical training to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training styles to accommodate different learning preferences.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, including slides, labs, and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate training environments.
• Familiarity with blended learning methodologies and virtual training tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
