Job Title: CRM Business Analyst - MS Dynamics

• $850-$900 per day + super
• 6 month contract
• 3 days a week in Luddenham/ Liverpool + WFH
• Delivery of a CRM system using MS Dynamics

About the Role:

The CRM Business Analyst role will partner with the technology team and support the delivery of a MS Dynamics CRM system. The role will be end-to-end in nature – focusing on the successful delivery and integration of MS Dynamics into the new business, on time and within budget to meet required business outcomes. You will be required to advise on CRM with regard to system administration, and tools configuration. Experience in configuring Dynamics system as administrator (bug fix, create flows, add widgets, ingest data) will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding business needs, identifying solutions and translating them into system requirements for CRM development.
• Applying structured analysis methods, tools, and techniques to create clear business requirements specifications.
• Identifying and escalating risks and issues promptly.
• Reporting scope creep and conflicting requirements through effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborating with technology providers and business teams to create key artefacts such as test cases and business acceptance criteria.
• Coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met and system usability is achieved.

Key Skills/ Experiences:

• A minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Airport / airline technology systems delivery experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Business Analysis, Project Management, Change Management qualifications are advantageous
• Certifications in Agile and MS dynamics
• Demonstrated experience as a business analyst on large, multi-discipline, multi-vendor business transformation projects.
