Green Light Australia are looking to engage D365 CE Developer (365 Field Service) to join their team.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the implemented solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Creating and managing work orders.
• Integrating Field Service with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
• Developing custom mobile apps for field technicians.
• Implementing scheduling and dispatch optimization.
• Managing inventory and assets.
• Generating reports and dashboards.

To be shortlisted, you require the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in similar roles as D365 CE Developer for large complex environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and related technologies.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.).
• Familiarity with APIs and Dataverse for building scalable and automated workflows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
