Our client in the Telco space is seeking a ServiceNow Trainer. 3 months to start in Melbourne CBD.

• ServiceNow Training Expertise – Strong knowledge and experience, particularly in ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules.
• ITSM Knowledge – Understanding of workflows and tools for developing, delivering, and managing IT services efficiently.
• CSM Expertise – Ability to enhance customer experience through ServiceNow's Customer Service Management module.
• Multi-Transformation Experience – Ability to introduce ServiceNow to a business that has not used the tool before.
• Change Management Support – Works alongside the change team, which lacks ServiceNow experience, to facilitate adoption.
• Expert Support for Go-Live – Addresses emerging questions and provides expertise during system implementation.
• Collaboration with ServiceNow Teams – Works with internal ServiceNow teams to tailor the tool for specific business needs.
• Certified ServiceNow Trainer – Capable of delivering SNOW-based training to employees.
• Desirable Experience – Prior experience training teams in large-scale transformation projects
