Are you a skilled trainer with a strong grasp of financial systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance? We're on the lookout for an experienced Finance Trainer to support a major transformation project on a short-term contract.
In this dynamic role, you’ll design and deliver impactful training programs that equip our teams with the knowledge and skills they need to confidently use Dynamics 365 Finance and navigate new financial processes.

Key Deliverables:

• Presentation decks & facilitator guides
• User guides, job aids & quick reference materials
• E-learning modules & training videos
• 'Train the Trainer' packages for super users

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training across Dynamics 365 Finance modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, Budgeting, Procurement).
• Develop a full suite of engaging training materials:
  
• Facilitate in-person workshops and virtual training sessions (via Teams) across multiple locations.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate training sessions, including logistics and resources.
• Conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes and provide post-training support.
• Participate in Hypercare support following the system go-live.
• Continuously improve training based on feedback and evolving system updates.

Key Skills Required:
Essential:

• Experience delivering finance systems training in corporate environments
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Excellent facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual formats
• Ability to break down complex financial concepts into simple, engaging content
• Formal training qualifications (e.g. Cert IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent)

Desirable:

• Background in finance or accounting
• Experience with LMS platforms and tools such as Articulate or Camtasia
• Knowledge of key finance processes (e.g., AP, AR, budgeting, compliance)

What's on offer?

• $850 - $950 p/d.
• 3-month daily rate contract.
• 4 days p/w in office.
• Nearby Melbourne or Perth CBD location (can be based in either city).
