Facilities & Workplace Coordinator!

We are looking for a Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and front-of-house responsibilities. This role is key in making our clients office space a thriving, efficient hub where employees and visitors alike feel at home.

Flexible Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: North Sydney – Enjoy a fantastic office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Facilities & Office Management: Take charge of day-to-day office operations, coordinate with maintenance teams, and be the go-to person for property services.

Front Desk & Concierge: Be the face of our office, welcoming employees, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Administrative Support: Keep the office running like a well-oiled machine – manage office supplies, assist with admin tasks, and maintain records.

Event & Catering Coordination: Organize engaging office events, seamless meetings, and top-notch catering arrangements that leave a lasting impression.

Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Build relationships with vendors, service providers, and building management to create a smooth office experience for all.

Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure our workplace is safe, secure, and meets all health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in workplace coordination, office administration, or facilities management.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always on top of things.

You’re a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with ease.

A Proactive Problem-Solver with an eye for continuous improvement.

Experience in coordinating vendors, office services, and corporate events would be an added bonus!
