We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Contract Compliance Officer.
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Contract Compliance Officer, you will support the Contract Compliance Manager in ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, policies, and regulatory requirements. You will conduct audits, monitor compliance, and help drive continuous improvement across operational sites.
In your new role, you will:
- Assist the Contract Manager in monitoring compliance for Primary Contracts and any future client agreements.
- Support contract Performance Measures (PM), Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Performance Indicator (PI) and service specification achievement and outcomes as outlined in the Contract.
- Support compliance to all relevant international standards (ISO) outlined within the Contract.
- Conduct all audits, compliance activities and requests in a timely manner in accordance with the Contract and all Company policies, procedures and standards.
- Support regular reporting requirements by ensuring information is provided in a timely manner and to the standard requirement.
- Achieve goals and establish objectives to drive a continuous improvement model.
ABOUT YOU
You have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. With experience in contract management, auditing, or compliance roles, you are comfortable working in high-risk, highly regulated environments.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have experience in contract compliance, auditing, or risk management.
- Possess strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Possess strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Have the ability to pass all necessary security clearances and health assessments.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous improvement and best practices.
