As Customer Service Officer you will not only be ensuring clients are kept up to date throughout the build process but work alongside key stakeholders within the business to ensure a smooth and stress-free process is provided to each client.

You will be responsible for:

• Responsible for scheduling and facilitating contracts, settlements, and other required appointments with clients.
• Prepare and follow up on relevant documentation.
• Provide continuous updates to clients before and during construction.
• Work cohesively with different departments to achieve business outcomes.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Customer service experience and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships are required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Passion for customer service is a must.
• Outstanding communication skills are required, with the proven ability to deal with all types of people.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary.
