The Wolf Windsor is looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join the team, focusing on the day trade of the venue.

We are a fast paced and exciting venue which spans from a casual locals pub, to a busy and thriving nightclub open late on the weekends. We need someone to take the reins of the day shift, from our busy lunch services through to happy hour and having the venue ready to hand over to the team in the evening.

What is the role:

Ensuring the venue runs smoothly and our patrons have a safe and fun experience.

Leading by example, executing service hands on with your team.

Maintaining a high level of venue presentation at all times.

Following opening procedures.

Cash handling including checking takings from previous days

Ensuring the venue follows best practice in regards to RSA, Food Safety and OH&S.

What we are looking for:

Ability to problem solve and prioritise tasks.

At least 1 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a similar venue.
