About the role:

You’ll be running smooth, enjoyable shifts and supporting a friendly, tight-knit team. You’ll play a key part in maintaining high service standards, creating a great atmosphere, and—most importantly—training and developing our team to be the best they can be.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a current RSA (mandatory), and QLD RMLV (desirable)

Brings previous hospitality leadership experience. Functions and events experience is an advantage.

Loves coaching and mentoring others

Creates a welcoming vibe for both guests and staff

Stays calm under pressure and brings a team-first mindset
