Our partner is seeking an energetic and driven individual to hit the ground running as a Junior Sales Associate, eager to develop their skills and knowledge to one day become an experienced individual sales agent in the real estate space of Melbourne!

your role

• Prospect & follow up leads or enquiries relevant
• Assist the sales team & department, working directly with the agents
• Attend open houses
• Attend private inspections
• Create marketing proposals & CRMs for appraisals
• Handle & communicate with enquiries generated
• Growth & development available to become an experienced individual agent on the team in the future
• Work out of the agency's main office in Melbourne CBD
• Office hours: Monday - Saturday - Weekend hours essential for sales
• Immediate start
• Base salary available

your advantage

• Prior experience in residential real estate ideal
• Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent - a must
• Reliable car and drivers license - essential
• Has exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Enjoys being part of a team and working alongside senior staff!
