Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call and follow up on leads from various channels, including the website, advertising, and social media.
  
• Qualify incoming leads and schedule appointments with property advisors.
  
• Identify new opportunities for growth through both B2C and B2B outreach.
  
• Manage and engage with the current database, nurturing relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
  
• Stay informed on real estate market trends, property values, and relevant market data.
  
• Assist in executing and closing marketing campaigns to drive business outcomes.
  
• Focus on building quality client relationships, not just quantity.
  
• Support referral partners and their clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
