About the Role
As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll drive the creation and modification of enclosure designs, prepare manufacturing drawings, and mentor 4 junior engineers. Your expertise will ensure the smooth delivery of customer orders and the maintenance of their high standards.

Who You Are:

• Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
• Extensive experience designing sheet metal enclosures
• Solid understanding of Australian and International Standards
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop 3D designs and generate manufacturing drawings
• Lead the creation and review of standard product designs
• Mentor and check the work of 4 Junior Product Engineers
• Manage projects to ensure on-time client delivery
