Kids Jungle is a 44 place centre which is family owned and operated. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated diploma room leader or working towards diploma educator to join our team! Our Centre is dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching environment, providing ongoing training and professional development for all our staff.

You will also be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that promote children's physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. You will work collaboratively with other educators to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children aged 0-6 years. Your passion and enthusiasm will see you work closely with the Director and other staff effectively engaging with families and children to implement the educational program for children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the children with a safe, secure and home-like environment
• Liaise with parents, carers and staff
• Work as part of a highly-motivated and professional team
• Compliance with service procedures and policies
• Curriculum planning and documentation

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Essential to his role is a bright and happy outlook, impeccable grooming, enthusiasm, motivation, dedication, professionalism, flexibility and a reliable nature.
• Must have a nationally recognised diploma or working towards diploma
• Cleared Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid Course
• Approved child protection training
• Understanding of NQF and EYLF
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good work ethic and dedication.
• You must have a passion for providing quality learning experiences and strive to be a role model.
• Previous experience is desirable.
