We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma-trained Early Childhood Educator to join our warm, supportive team for maternity leave cover until the end of 2025, with an immediate start. We also welcome Certificate III qualified educators who are actively working toward a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. This is a full time position, working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

In this role, you will spark curiosity, nurture young learners, and build meaningful connections with families and colleagues in a collaborative, enriching environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and implement educational programs tailored to each child's needs.
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Foster positive, open relationships with families, children, and colleagues.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and planning to support each child's learning journey.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III qualified and actively working toward a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWC) and First Aid certification.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for Education: Genuine love for children and a commitment to making a positive impact.
• Documentation & Planning: Strong skills in documenting and planning for individual learning needs.
