The club offers Accommodation and Food & Beverage services via two a la carte dining rooms, in addition to a range of function rooms for Private and Club events for up to 200 guests.

Job Role requirements include:

· You will have demonstrated experience within a Club, prestigious hotel or similar scale venue

· Have an understanding of a la carte food service, as well as event function work

· Your ability to be able to manage a section of the a la carte dining room, and be able to work autonomously when required on Club events & functions

· Work collaboratively and professionally within the Service team, alongside the Kitchen team in the service of the members of the Club

· Able to demonstrate consistent service capability during busy service periods

· Operate in a manner that is safe for self and others at all times, including Food Safety and RSA requirements

· Knowledge and experience with POS systems

· Working well within a team by being agile and flexible, with organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
