We’re on the hunt for a Sales Administrator who’s ready to bring their A-game and support some of the top-selling agents in the North. If you’re sharp, switched-on and love the satisfaction of getting things done – this could be your dream role.

🌟 Who You Are

  • You’ve got real estate admin or sales support experience (non-negotiable)
  • You know your way around a CRM (REX experience = bonus points)
  • You’re confident working independently but love being part of a tight team
  • You’re a fast learner, love a checklist, and never let things slip through the cracks
  • You’re solutions-focused, customer-obsessed, and always bring good vibes

✨ The Role – 3 day week 8:30am till 5:00pm (part-time)
You’ll be our behind-the-scenes hero making things run like clockwork.
Working alongside our other part-time Sales Admin, key shared responsibilities are:

  • Managing the full admin process from listing through to settlement for 6 x sales reps
  • REX CRM data entry and database management
  • Communicating with buyers, sellers, and settlement agents (you’re the calm in the chaos!)
  • Managing contracts, deadlines, and documents
  • Liaising with suppliers & organising beautiful settlement gifts
  • General office admin support
